It's hard to keep this short, as I feel the need to get you ready for an amazing experience! This office of beautiful people works as one great team/family! Starting with entering their warm and inviting office and to be greeted by beautiful Jessica. So kind & soft spoken! Beyond her was Michelle with a beautiful soft, inviting smile, with whom I would later find to be so comforting and definitely a big part of the whole team! I felt completely welcomed right from the start! Next, I met Joe, so down to earth, confident & inviting that I felt right at home! Very soon after, in walks, the star who made the whole experience amazing, Dr Ponquinette (aka, Dr P). He explained everything to me, which included a sinus lift, bone graphing & placing the implants, which would eventually lead me to be ready for my new teeth to be inserted after the healing process and integration of the bone.Yes, the day is here! I walk in once again to smiling Jessica. I can hear a happy, exuberant voice coming from the back, who I knew had to be Maria! Another huge player of the team. Her amazing touch, along with the light therapy, was her magical massage on my face & neck that followed after the procedure.Everyone of them has an important role to this whole, exceptional experience! I still can't believe how the whole procedure was so completely PAIN FREE! I do believe the "ice mask" & light therapy played an important role! I felt some pressure upon being home that 1st day, but the mask made it all so amazingly comfortable! I will go back again in 4 months to begin the end of my journey of having implants and readying me to have my "permanent" teeth to be attached.This has so far been a wonderful experience that I wish I would have begun sooner! Of course, hindsight is 20/20! Stop delaying and just do it - with "Atlantic Oral Surgery," the greatest team of awesome people! ??????

Dr. Ponquinette and his team are excellent dental professionals. I was seen as an emergency from a dental ofiice and subsequently treated surgically. Dr, Ponquinette evaluated and diagnosed my dental issue quickly and put a plan of treatment into action.Dr. Ponquinette and his staff, Maria, Michelle, Jessica and Joe are very attentive and efficient and were always available to address my questions and concerns. I would without doubt recommend Atlantic Oral Surgery.

I am a manager of a dental office for 30 years and I went to Atlantic Oral Surgery for a very intense 4 hour procedure the whole experience very amazing from Jessica at the front desk making me feel welcome, the assistants Joe and Michelle making me feel safe and Maria with all of her knowledge and empathy for what a patient is feeling was so beautiful I felt like I was family. Dr. Ponquinette is a caring gentle man who explained everything to me and my husband. The whole time I was in surgery they kept him well informed of every step, when I was done Maria preformed a light therapy to help with healing, and they gave me a healing frequency, mask to use alone with some homeopathic medication I did not have one ounce of pain throughout the whole situation it was amazing highly recommend this office they have changed my life thank you all!

- Condescending consult despite my extremely severe condition, which includes chronic fatigue and brain inflammation- Failed cavitation surgery (complete waste of money and time)- Told to take way more antib. than I could tolerate, which included uncontrollable diarrhea, insomnia, and heart pain- Not open to information about a way to diagnose my issues based on the practice of another dentist (Ponquinette missed 2 big infection areas)Practice's Response (since I can't reply directly): "Sorry to read of your experience, but there is no record of you being seen at Atlantic Oral Surgery Center. I would very much like to discuss this with you further. Did you present a different name upon your arrival? Please clarify. "Reply: Yes, I'm going by a different name so I can fully express my thoughts in anonymity. I am willing to delete my review if you are open to providing financial compensation. I think half the total cost would be fair.
